CONSUME

Big Screen
-Cinema (Shared)
-Televsion (Shared and Private)
-Personal Computer (Shared and Private): Can consume and produce media

Small Screen
-Personal media player (ipod) "On-the-go"
-Mobile phones (ipod touch) - "Smart phones on the fly"
3G = Information? Yes. Entertainment? Yes and No
3G Portals
(Have to start thinking about webisonic drama's when starting out as producers, however the main obstacle in creating a film on your phone is the sound)....

PRODUCE

Fan Film
Fans who originally consume merchandise decide to make a film about it (like 'Star Wars'), which is then consumed/watched by others, in particular other fans. An example is the short film "Troops" which we watched in a previous lecture, which is hilarious. Another example is 280 days which we watched last lecture which not not nearly as entertaining, however I found it to be equally amusing due to the award winning acting... *cough*....

I went and had a look at http://www.fanfilms.net/ and found a pretty funny and well made 'Family Guy' parody that included some of my favourite childhood wrestlers like 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, Hollywood 'Hulk' Hogan and The Undertaker....

....I'm actually looking forward to part 2.....

Fan Edits
Fans who re-edit films... The two that we watched during the lecture were hilarious and almost had me crying with laughter....
